My week down in Dorset β€οΈ

My week down in Dorset β€οΈ

On the 26th of June 2018 my friend Ellie and I got on a train to visit our other friend Ria in her hometown of Dorset πŸ™‚ We stayed with her family for a week and it was so so so much fun and we have decided to make it an annual thing πŸ™‚ We had a picnic by a lake, shopped in Weymouth, had a BBQ on the beach whilst the sun was setting, played odds the entire weekend making for some funny stories including me being buried in the stones on the beach which was hilarious! Dorset is so beautiful and so many of the views took my breathe away! We climbed rocks, ate proper fish and chips on the beach, made Brownies, swam in the sea and went to West Bay where they filmed Broadchurch S1!!

New York 2018 :)

New York 2018 :)

Ever since I was young I have wanted to go to New York at Christmas so this November my Mum and I decided to go to New York for 5 days πŸ™‚ We shopped in Bath and Body works and Sephora looking at their Christmas collections which I absolutely loved and also went to an outlet to shop for Christmas presents πŸ™‚ We went to two different Broadway shows- Anastasia and Dear Even Hansen- both of which were amazing!! I went into a 7/11 and lived my best Heathers life, we went to the Spotlight Diner which was so much fun and I would highly recommend if you end up in New York that you go to because it was so much fun πŸ™‚ We walked along the Brooklyn Bridge, along the Highline, found the Friends Apartment, sat on the Met Steps and went up the Rockafeller Tower at night which was so much fun and had such an amazing view as we managed to go up during the sunset! Finally we went to the Tree lighting ceremony at the Rockafeller centre πŸ™‚

Let me know in the comments if you have ever been to New York and if you have if there is anywhere you would recommend I check out if I go back πŸ™‚

If I had to spend Christmas in a different city where would it be?

New York 100%! I actually went to New York at the end of November this year and it was absolutely amazing! The decorations in all of the shops were so beautiful and intricate and we actually went to the Rockefeller Center tree lighting ceremony which was such a good evening so I thought in this post I would include a collage of all of my Christmassy photos from New York πŸ™‚
