1. How tall are you? I’m 5″3 so slightly taller than last time I did this tag 😛
2. Dogs or Cats? Dogs all the way 🙂 I do also love cats but I’m definitely a dog person ❤
3. What year were you born? 1997 which makes me 22 🙂
4. Are you in/have you gone to university? I went to RVC and studied BioVeterinary Science 🙂 I graduated the summer of 2018 🙂
5. What is your favorite drink? Gin bvhguy78 and Tonic 🙂
6. You’re wearing perfume, what scent is it? I actually don’t have a signature perfume but I would say probably a Victoria Secret one 🙂
7. Tea or Coffee? COFFEE!
8. What sports do you play or have you played? I’m not really one for sports tbh!
9. Have any books you read changed your life? All I know now- Carrie Hope Fletcher
10. What is your favorite movie? Tangled, Love Rosie or Music and Lyrics 🙂
11. Who are your favorite YouTubers? Kalyn Nicholson and Katherine Steele 🙂
12. Do you speak any languages and how well? French but not super well
13. Are you single or taken? Single pringle :p
14. What is your idea of your dream date? Dinner + Drinks 🙂
15. What is your go-to hairstyle? Usually I just wear my hair down 🙂
16. What is your go-to fast food order? Boneless Banquet from KFC or Chicken nuggets from Mcdonalds 🙂
17. What is your favorite Netflix show? The Good Place or Orphan Black 🙂
18. What social media are you addicted to? Instagram

21. Are you scared of heights? I’m not a big fan of heights but I’m not too bothered by them 🙂
22. Do you save old greetings cards and letters? I do 🙂 I have a box of them in my wardrobe 🙂
23. Do you have any allergies? Not that I know of!
24. Have you read any of the Harry Potter, Hunger Games or Twilight series? Which one is your favorite? I have read all three 🙂 My favourite would have to be Harry Potter 🙂

Furry Friend Tag- Maya :)

1. What is your pet’s name?-  Maya 🙂
2. How did you come up with the name, does it have any specific significance?- It was actually my mum who came up with the name Maya 🙂 We were brainstorming names and came up with Darcy, Maya or Esme and eventually decided on Maya 🙂
3. How old is your pet? 13 weeks today 🙂
4. When did you get your pet? March 29th 2019
5. What breed is your pet? She’s a Border Collie 🙂
6. How old were you when you got your pet? 21
7. How did you get your pet? One of my Aunts dogs had puppies and we kept going round to see them and fell in love with Maya 🙂
8. What is your pets’ favorite food? She has Millies and Wolfheart dry food and then her favourite treats are Liver Cake and Chicken 🙂
9. What is your pet’s favourite game? Fetch- because she’s a border collie she has a lot of energy so she loves chasing the ball in the garden 🙂
10. Do you go outdoors? If yes, where is your favorite place to go together?- She’s actually not allowed out yet because she’s so young but we can start taking her for walks next Thursday 🙂
11. What is the funniest memory involving your pet? Her chasing bubbles out in the garden 🙂
12. Does your pet have a nickname and what is it? Baba or MyMy
13. Does your pet know any tricks?  She knows Sit, Down, Twist, Spin and Touch where she touches her nose to your hand 🙂 She’s starting to learn Wait and Stay at the moment and we’re still working on her recall and getting her to drop her toys when we want her to 🙂

Meet Maya 😊

On the 2nd of February our family dog Ellie passed away- she had been in our lives for 14.5 years and she was such an amazing dog that no dog will ever take her place in our hearts ❤️❤️ That being said that very night my Aunts dog Emmy had 7 gorgeous healthy puppies- 5 girls and 2 boys 😊

We went round to my aunts a few times over the coming weeks to visit the puppies and fell in love with one of the puppies called Wave who had a crinkly tail and seemed really calm and sweet 💕

On the 29th of March we went to pick her up from my Aunts house and bring her home- she howled the whole way back to our house!! When she actually got inside she walked around like she owned the place and was soon playing and running around 😊 She’s still not a fan of the car but we’re slowly but surely building it up and she seems to be getting used to it 😊

I then went away for the weekend but she had lots of adventures such as going to the garden centre, meeting my mum’s friends dog Maisie and howling all through the night so my dad ended up sleeping on the floor with her!

She’s still learning and settling in but she’s already learning her name, how to sit and that fingers and toes are not chew toys 😂 She’s currently asleep on my lap but seems to be waking up so I’ll finish up by saying Maya- welcome to the Thoroughgood family ❤️

I’ll be sure to update you guys on how she’s settling in and will probably do a Pet Tag fairly soon ❤️

Updated 25 Facts about me 2017 :)

I have been writing this blog for around 2 years now…… how crazy is that!!! I thought that for this blogs 2nd birthday I would do an update on my first ever blog post 🙂

1. What is your middle name? My middle name is and will always be Victoria 🙂
2. What was your favourite subject in school? I  went to a WW1 exhibit at a high school near me a few months ago which reminded me how much I love History so I would have to change my answer from my previous post to History ❤
3. What is your favourite drink? Still Lemonade/Sprite- Boring I know :p
4. What is your favourite song at the moment? DNA by Lia Maria Johnson.
5. What is your favourite food? PIZZA
6. What is the last thing you bought? A Jumper from the Youtube Space London
7. Favourite book of all time? Everything Everything by Nicola Yoon or The List by Siobhan Vivian (I couldn’t decide ok!!)
8. Favourite Colour? Still Lilac and I don’t think that will ever change 🙂
9. Any Pets? I still have my dog Ellie, my bearded dragon and my tortoise but unfortunately there have been no new additions to the family 😦
10. Favourite Perfume? Victoria Secret Pink Wild & Breezy body mist
11. Favourite holiday? I have been on a few holidays since the last post but I would  say New York or Paris have to be my favourites 🙂
12. Married? Nope (I’m still only 20!!)
13. Have you ever been out of the country? I have been very lucky and have travelled quite a bit 🙂 Since my last post I have been to Paris, Mexico and New York ❤
14. Do you speak any other languages? Oui, Je parle un peu francais 🙂 I also want to learn Spanish but at the moment I’m focusing on French 🙂
15. How many siblings do you have? Two older brothers
16. Favourite shop? LUSH!! I love going in there at Christmastime and seeing all the Christmas bath bombs 🙂
17. Favourite Restaurant? Lugana (a local Italian place)
18. When was the last time you cried? About a month ago.

23. What phone do you have? Rose Gold Iphone 6S
24.  How tall are you? Still 5ft 2in which means I’m still concentrated awesome :p
25. Can you cook? As I mentioned in my last post I am more of a baker which is still true but living in uni halls for a year meant I couldn’t bake or cook as much as I wanted to 😦

My first month at UNI :)

Tomorrow marks the end of my first month at UNI (it definitely doesn’t seem like it has been that long!!) so I thought I would update you on what I have been up to ❤ Starting university has meant that I have to be much more independent: for example my lectures are not compulsory and attendance is not monitored so I have to make a conscious decision to get out of bed, sometimes for a 9am Lecture  which is definitely a struggle some mornings :p I also have to be more responsible with money as I have to budget so that I can buy food because I only get a certain amount of money per week which is hard sometimes because Oxford Street (the best place for shopping in London in my opinion) is a half hour walk from my halls or if I’m feeling lazy 2 tube stops :p  I tried sushi for the first time last week which was something I have wanted to do for ages and has been on my bucket list for the longest time 🙂 – and I even went to a louis vuitton exhibition which was surreal because I love love love Louis Vuitton bags!!!!! Seeing ATC for the first time with Hannah was such an overwhelmingly awesome experience and one of the best nights I’ve had 🙂 Overall my first month of university has been a great experience which I hope continues over the rest of my time here as I have had an amazing time and have met some awesome people who I hope will continue to be my friends for many years to come. Next week is Halloween and the end of October so I’ll have another blog post up then ❤

I have been reading blogs and watching YouTube videos for quite a while now and have often thought about how cool it would be to have my own blog so I have decided to take the plunge and write my very first blog post!!  I figured that for my first blog post I would tell you guys a little bit about me in the form of the 25 facts about me tag 🙂 

1. What is your middle name?  Victoria
2. What was favourite subject at school?  Biology
3. What is your favourite drink? Lemonade
4. What is your favourite song at the moment? You don’t really know me by Jessie J on her album Sweet Talker 🙂
5. What is your favourite food? Chocolate (DUH)
6. What is the last thing you bought? Maybelline Dream skin BB cream
7. Favourite book of all time? Girl Online by Zoe Sugg
8. Favourite Colour? Lilac
9. Do you have any pets? 1 dog who is a border collie cross with a black Labrador and her name is Ellie , I also have a bearded dragon and a tortoise. 
10. Favourite Perfume? Fantasy by Britney spears
11. Favourite Holiday? Orlando, I went for 2 weeks last year with my family and it was amazing!!
12. Are you married? No (I’m only 18!!)
13. Have you ever been out of the country, if so how many times? Yes, many times, I’ve been to Dubai, Spain, France, New York, Mexico and Italy.
14. Do you speak any other language? No (but I want to learn French and Spanish)
