At the start of lockdown I decided that after thinking about it for a long long time but always having excuses that I would start running as a way of feeling healthier and stronger 🙂 I went on my first run on the 7th of April and struggled through it but was really proud of myself by the end and have continued to run at least once a week since but usually 2 or three times a week 🙂 A few weeks ago I reached my mini goal of 4k and my next goal is a 5k! I thought that I would write down some of my running goals in the form of a running bucket list as I really hope to continue running for a while at least ❤
- Run 5k
- Run 10k
- Run with Maya in the park/through the woods 🙂
- Run with a friend and don’t die!!
- Run Park run with Anna ❤
- Run on a beach
- Get ice cream after a run 🙂
- Run in a different country
- Run outside/somewhere people can see you!
- Run in the rain
