Autumn/Winter Bucket List :)

Last year I wrote an Autumn/Winter Bucket list for my blog and I had such a lot of fun doing all of the things on the list so I figured I would do the same this year πŸ™‚ Some of them are things that I wanted to redo because I had such a lot of fun doing them last year, some are new things and some are things that I didn’t get a chance to do last year for some reason πŸ™‚

  3. Buy Maya a Halloween toy/outfit πŸ™‚
  4. Halloween movie night πŸ™‚
  5. Christmas movie night πŸ™‚

  7. Black Friday haul
  8. Decorate for Christmas and Halloween
  9. Burn a fall candle
  10. Wrap my Christmas presents in front of a Christmas movie πŸ™‚
  11. Write a Halloween themed blog post πŸ™‚
  12. Have a PJ day
  13. Take Halloween/Fall photos

  1. Well, Fall did have a highlight, but that isn’t happening.

October- that was Frozen month. It got postponed in May- so having to wait till it comes back to Charlotte. One thing I usually do this particular month is getting a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks.

December- there were still be the usual A Christmas Carol night and Elf night- those two movies are the main Christmas movies that are watched in that month. December is also my blog’s anniversary month- this year it will be its 5th anniversary. In addition, will be time for Peppermint Mochas.

However- will be no Candlelight Christmas Eve Service, and there is a chance Wicked will be postponed (if Wicked gets postponed, wouldn’t be disappointed due to seeing it four times already).

January- my birthday is that month. Depending on what happens with COVID will shape dinner that particular day. Either making what I want at home or going out- usually want Beouf Berougnion (a French Pot roast) and Creme BrΓ»lΓ©e- will depend on the COVID situation.

      1. Frozen got postponed in May- that seemed a bit odd to me. Later, learned it wasn’t Blumenthal’s decision, but Disney’s.

So, now have to wait even longer to see Frozen. Due to already loving the musical and learning to love some new songs, will ask for the soundtrack for Christmas due to the postponement.

I am hoping Anastasia and Frozen are part of Blumenthal’s 21/22 season. I hope October 2021 is enough time for Blumenthal to open: don’t want another musical postponed, that is Hadestown month.

  3. It’s a yearly tradition for me to wrap all the family Christmas gifts while watching Christmas films in front of the fire. There is nothing more jolly than that day and since I’m the only one that enjoys wrapping gifts, it’s a win for everyone.
I also want to find and read more chistmasy books to get me in that spirit.
I’m on a mission to carve a pumpkin this year as well. I did one last year and it was so much fun.
